How are dogs grouped to play together during boarding?
Dogs participate in supervised group play based on temperament, size, and energy level. While supervised, play carries inherent risks. Owners will be provided with a waiver before their dog stays with us.
Are staff members trained or certified?
Yes. Our staff includes CPR-certified team members and staff experienced in senior dog care. We also participate in ongoing continuing education.
Can I tour the facility before boarding?
Yes. Facility tours may be available by appointment during business hours. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?

Opening Hours are weekdays 8am to 10:30am and then again from 3pm to 5pm. On Saturday, we are open from 9am to 11am and we are closed on Sunday.
What vaccines are required for dog boarding?
Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper Combination Vaccine (DAPP), and Bordetella vaccinations before boarding or daycare. Proof of vaccination provided by a veterinarian or the SPCA is required prior to arrival to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
Owner-administered vaccinations are not accepted.
How old does my dog need to be to stay?
Dogs must have completed their entire puppy series of shots including Rabies. Generally, this takes place after a series of 3 visits and is around 16 weeks of age.
Does my dog need to be neutered or spayed?
Dogs over 1 year of age must be spayed or neutered.
What should I bring for my dog’s boarding stay?

We provide clean, freshly laundered bedding, so personal beds and blankets should be left at home.
Do dogs have to be social to attend daycare?
Yes. Daycare is best for dogs who are comfortable around other dogs and can safely participate in supervised group play.
Can my dog be declined from daycare?
Yes. For safety reasons, dogs may be declined if daycare is stressful or unsafe for them. Our goal is a positive experience for every dog.
Do you accept all dog breeds?
Most dogs are welcome; however, acceptance depends on temperament, health, and vaccination status. Please contact us with any specific questions about your dog.
Due to Liability Insurance restrictions, we currently cannot accept Pitbulls, Pit Mixes, American Bullies, Chows, or Cane Corsos.
How far in advance should I book boarding?
We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holidays, summer travel, and school breaks. Boarding availability is limited to ensure quality care.
